Introduction	I am almost a middle aged woman who was raised on one diet to another and all of them in between. I have always fought with my weight and have a closet that varies three sizes. My kids are grown and gone so now it is time to focus on me being #1. I currently am a caregiver to my maternal grandmother, a Visiting Angel and a wedding officiant so I am finding that my busy lifestyle does not allow me to prepare proper meals, grab and go meals can be less than healthy and longevity is not going to be in my future if I cannot get a handle on my health. I am on a mission to stop the vicious circle that is a nasty 4 letter word called "Diet" and learn how to have optimal health and Take Shape for the rest of my life...it is a lifestyle not just a fad!
