Introduction Rene Mbuli is a political analyst from the English speaking part of Cameroon , formerly known as West Cameroon. He has broad knowledge and understanding of international political, humanitarian and conflict related issues. Rene has worked with different community, national and International non-profit organizations in the past. Among others, he worked as Peace Officer with CAPED-International , a Cameroon-based non-profit organization and with the United Nation Organization as the Burundi Desk officer in the Department of Peacekeeping Operation (DPKO) in New York. Rene is an activist for human and social justice and believes that silence in the face of injustice makes one an accomplice and de facto perpetrator. He has a passion for national and international humanitarian work. Rene has a particular interest in the plight of refugees and has conducted a research on refugees in Cameroon in the past. Rene also interested in policy and early risk identification and management. As a blogger, he is always seeking to break fresher grounds.
