Introduction	Hi! I’m Winona, mother of 4, wife of 1 and lover of food! I was born and raised in the heart of Cajun Country! Growing up in South Louisiana has given me the unique opportunity to experience a culture that most would love to have a taste of. I have a strong reverence for food and its preparation. If it’s not made with love, it’s not worth eating or sharing. After moving away and landing in a burb of Raleigh, NC, I appreciated my foodie upbringing even more. The area may be known for many things….but a foodie scene isn’t one of them. I started out as a personal chef and am surrounded by wonderful foodie friends from across the country. Today, I'm a stay at home, homeschooling mom, developing a new food business and learning food photography (can't keep my hands out of the food!). At home, I'm certainly not known as mom "the chef". I'm just "mama", the sweetest name I've ever been called. You'll see the kids referred to as the "M&M's" or 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th M. Yep, all of their names start with M. We live life to its fullest and love being together. Thanks for joining me!
