| Introduction | I am a mother of food allergic children. They are severely allergic to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and tuna fish. I find the hardest of those to deal with is the egg allergy. Over the years, I've learned a lot about egg-free (nut free, seed free, etc.) cooking. And, after moving to the Mile High City, I began learning how to effectively cook for an egg allergy with the added complication of high altitude cooking. This blog serves two purposes. It is, first, a way for me to organize the many recipes I've collected. Second, it allows me to share the knowledge I've gained about allergy-free cooking with others. |
