Introduction	Hello! Welcome to my Coaching blog! As a Coach I am passionate about and LOVE seeing the gentle touch of growth given by God's Hand on women that I have the privilege of coaching! I am personally committed to helping women learn to be rested in His Presence, learn to be Well and make wise choices for their health and their families, and be 100% at what the Lord calls them to be in their lives! These are my purposes as I Coach, teach, speak and write! I look forward to seeing what the Lord through His Holy Spirit is about working out in your life for His glory!
