| Introduction | I love my family and enjoy nothing more then cooking wonderful foods for them while trying out classic and new recipes from my favorite chefs. I just purchased the book "My Last Supper" and I'm anxious to prepare some of the recipes that world renowned chefs would chose to eat as their last supper. I am a mom to three sons, all of which I am proud to say enjoy the majority of my meals. One of my sons over the past couple of years has begun to share my interest and enthusiasm in trying new dishes, techniques and flavors. I would prefer to concentrate on one region of cooking, though being half Italian I may be genetically predisposed to love all things Italian and find myself preparing many Italian dishes. That being said, I love cooking all foods and am easily inspired to cook just about anything. I'll share my successes and mishaps (much more of the latter I hope) here. |
