I'm not a professional, but I find wines fascinating. All the different flavors and styles you can get from virtually the same fruit - I mean there's not this variety from orange or apple juices. There's also the long history - almost as long as man himself. The study of wine is the study of man. So, here I chronicle my adventures in wine. I'm no authority, I'm just exploring the world of wines. You're welcome to join me in a glass. :D |
