| Introduction | I'm a stay-at-home mom of four lively children: Elyse, 11; Aidan, 9; Aislinn, 6; and Elias, 2. We are a faith-filled family. We try to understand what it means to be people of love and mercy within our family and our home, and then help each other learn how to live out that love out in the world. We are a gluten-free family. Due to my eldest daughter's, my son's, and my gluten-intolerance, we cook most things from scratch and can never find enough time to bake another loaf of bread. We are a homeschooling family, who are educating our children in the classical style. We are a simple family. We would rather stay in than go out; eat a simple salad, rather than a fancy meal; have less so that we can enjoy more. |
