| Introduction | Born in Canada, English father. Family moved to U.K 1975,have been here ever since. I've spent long periods in the United States, West Indies, Cuba, and extensive other travels around the world. I've worked and trained in different fields. From being a musican for all of my adult life, which continues to this day, to radio documentary maker, environmentalist and worked as a chef for many years. I am still passionate about food and the link to health. Yoga student since 1988, the last three years with avid dedication. |
