Introduction	Born in Bremersdorp, Swaziland - Africa. to Mary (Molly)& William John (Bill) Cowle. I have 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Molly - born 1945, Carol - born 1947, Billy - born 1949, Myself - born 1951, Tricia - born 1956, Franky - born 1958, Monica - born 1965 and Kevin - born 1966. I was baptised Joyce Teresa Cowle but given the nickname of Tessy. I have lived in Swaziland, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and then back to Primrose, Germiston - South Africa in 1963. Married to Joseph Henri Michel (Mitch, Mic, Mike) Bechard in July 1970 blessed with 3 children Genevieve Michelle Monique (Micky, Moni) born 21st March 1971. Mary Teresa Bernadette (Baidy Boom, Berny)born 7th March 1972. Joseph Henri Jean-Pierre (Boykie, Jeany, J-P) born 12th February 1975. We imigrated to Australia in January 1987, and from that day onwards I have been known as Teresa. Although my South African connections still refer to me as Tessy. Disabled since January 2004 after a fall which damaged my spinal cord I have a c6/c7 level of injury. I am paralized from my arms downwards.I have a powered wheelchair which gives me the freedom to get about. Now travel with me down memory lane and into the future.
