A bit about me in 1999 - 2002 I studied at the Academy Of Sport, Ive played at the elite level of sport for 4 years at a first class level for a state within our Country, then decided to join our Defence Force whilst within the Defence Force trained as a Personal Trainer for te last 3 Yrs Training all kinds of different people and also getting get results, I Know and believe that training people and helping people achieve their Goals and Dreams is My Life Assignment!!! |
