Introduction	This is my eighth year of teaching in Frisco ISD! I have spent the past seven years teaching at Bright Elementary. Six of those years were spent with second graders and last year I taught third grade. I am very excited to be teaching first grade at Boals this year! I know this year is going to be awesome! When I am not teaching, I like to travel with my husband Jimmy and my two dogs Belle (a border collie) and Pepper (a Pomeranian). When we are not traveling, we love to take our boat out to the lake. Slalom skiing has quickly become one of my favorite water sports! I have one sister, Laura, who is a police officer in Flower Mound. I have a wonderful Mom and a fantastic dad who live in Flower Mound too!
Interests	I love to scuba dive, travel, teach, play with my dog pepper, watch hockey, go out on the boat, and do yoga.
Favorite movies	Finding Nemo, Bolt, Little Mermaid, and most other Disney Movies
Favorite books	Chester, Down Girl and Sit, Clementine, The Giving Tree, The Great Kapok Tree, and many, many, more!
