| Introduction | My name is Bill. I'm a Subdeacon, Reader and Preacher in the Orthodox Archdiocese of Nairobi, Kenya. I live and serve here by the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios. I am also a lecturer at the Makarios III Orthodox Seminary in Nairobi. My home parish is Sts. Cosmas and Damianos (Sts. Anargyroi) Orthodox Cathedral in downtown Nairobi.. For the past 25 years I have lived in East Africa. I was a pastor and theological educator in Ethiopia (2000-2008) and have taught at various theological colleges and universities in Kenya (2008-present). Previously I was a Presbyterian minister and missionary. I converted to Orthodoxy in 2011. |
