| Introduction | In 2004, I woke up to flashing lights and floaters in my field of vision. Several doctors and hospitals later, I was formally diagnosed with Multi Focal Choroiditis, which includes symptoms such as an inflamed retina, scarring, abnormal neo-vascular activity, and vascular hemorrhaging. In January of 2009, I radically changed my diet in hopes of combatting MFC from an alternative health approach. There is no known cause or cure for MFC.
