| Introduction | Starting over in my 40's... As much as it pains me, my son is grown and gone, and serves his country in the Coast Guard. I was finally brave enough to remarry after my 20 year marriage fell apart. Now I'm learning the dynamics of this new relationship, back in the roll of "mom" to an 8 year old, going back to school after 25 years, navigating a new city/state/timezone (which might as well be a foreign country), and working on adjusting to this new life.
