Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

Of course! Rock fish, for example, could well do with a bicycle instead of trudging from rock to crevice. Their modified pectoral and pelvic fins work neatly with the "bicycle for two" modification for rockfish. There may also be women whose basic construction has modified to meet a greater need such that they actually may need a man. Sheesh. Obvious by inspection, all y'alls.
