Introduction	Born and brought up in Guwahati, Chaya completed her MBA from Pune and had a long and successful corporate stint in an MNC before shifting gears to her first love - writing. Her love for writing commenced with poems and the wondrous world of poems kept her company through her teens. She has written multiple short stories and dramas. Her debut novel is due for the launch in October 2020, a love story, close to her heart. After living and travelling all across the United States and ticking off items from her bucket list such as seeing northern lights, camping across all national parks, etc. Chaya now calls Pune her home and works for a US based startup. When she faces the writer’s block she prefers doing painting, reading and travelling.
