| Introduction | The Four Leaf Clover is something very special to my family.
At the time I started brewing there were 4 members of the family (now 5). My wife and I are equal parts Irish (12.5% each), so that made our kids 12.5% Irish too. Four equal parts Irish among us. Each of our 5 family members have names (or nickname in my case) that have 4 letters. My wife has this amazing gift of finding four leaf clovers in any clover patch she comes across. Our daughter has Down syndrome. She is like a Four Leaf Clover. From afar she is just like anyone else (like a four leaf clover hidden in a patch). But it isn't until you get up close (like finding that four leaf clover) that you notice any differences. But even those differences are beautiful! She has an extra chromosome, that's kind of like having an extra leaf. So there you have it, the reason we are Four Leaf Brewing. |
