| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom with a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. I have two beautiful boys and a little girl on her way in September. With the background that I have in Health and Fitness and wanting what is best for my family I decided it was time to start a web page and blog about my latest research. I believe that the American population in general has not been educated on the options available to us in health and wellness, nor have we been educated to know the cause and effect of the decisions that we make not only for ourselves but also how they effect our children.
