| Introduction | Music pours in and out of my brain, all day long, waking and dreaming. Can't help it-- I suspect it's imprinted on a cellular level. Every Monday I get to inflict my tastes on WFMU listeners (been there since October 1986), and frequently have live musical guests. What you hear on my show is a dreamy blend of music which reflects the gentle kind of life I wish I had as chaos swirls around me. I've been a DJ/Program host off and on since I joined WJSV at Morristown High School (NJ) in 1972.. Summer of 1994 I joined the WNYC staff and currently work as technical director on Soundcheck. I love to mix live music on the radio and admit to being an unrepentant collector of all kinds of music, with freak-folk being a particular favorite. My life's a constant work in progress, never finished. |
