Introduction	Well I live in Townsville, Australia and work for the government - deduct from that what you will... It's a nice enough place however it does have a few quaint idiosyncrasies to get used to - a flourishing cane toad community, regular outbreaks of dengi fever, rampantly multiplying pot-holes, a veritable cornucopia of poisonous creatures, the occasional crocodile and - the oh so lovely weather to name but a few. Other than the contemplation of painting I enjoy a bit of mountain biking and also the many stimulating and enriching activities my job provides outside of normal work hours...
