| Introduction | Tanya is available for speaking engagments and consulting to foster parents, agency's and just plain advice to a teen in need! Growing up in the system after a few group homes and foster homes was no easy task from 5-21 years old.. Remembering what it was like as a foster kid, wondering around in the dark after being abandoned and abused, never knowing the answers to life or that I had the power to change it with my thinking! My foster mother was always encouraging me and preparing me for what I am today- Foster parents role are vital and I hope I can share something that will help you raise positive leaders! As a former runway model in Paris/NY I learned that "what you look like is not nearly as important as what you say to someone to change or save a life!" I want to share words of encouragement. Help anyone who was in foster care or works with kids in care and I want kids to start taking control of their lives now-with your help, they can only succeed! You can ask questions or be enlighten with a word! no judging just a blog family that supports each other. come daily to get words of encouragement and food for thought on how to raise our future leaders! |
