| Introduction | Well, my name is Julia. I'm a HUGE music fan, music is such a passion for me and it's my escape. My favorite band is the Beatles, I'm obsessed with them as you can probably tell. I like hanging out with my family, friends, and my boyrfirend. I graduated from broadcasting school and have a certificate in radio announcing. I also host my own show on a college radio station. Check out the Jukebox Power Hour every Wednesday from four to five p.m. at WXOU.ORG, 88.3 fm, or Itunes radio at 88.3 WXOU. I'm a classic rock expert. I'm into vintage things and I collect records. I also enjoy reading and writing as well. I play guitar and sing and my goal is to someday start a band. I just love waking up each day and having adventures. It's very fun to be spontaneous! |

| Favorite books | I'm a fan of Chuck Klosterman so everything he writes is genious! I also like Shaskepeare, wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, little women, love is like a mixtape, the notebook, the rolling stones interview(every aspiring DJ needs this book!), the Beatles anthology, John, wonderful tonight, Clapton, Jane Eyre, Radio On, John Lennon:the Life (awesome Phillip Norman book), Miss O' Dell, Mitch Albom books, Beatle photo books (I never tire of looking at pics. of the boys), your brain on music, oedipus rex, encylocpeida of rock(another great source), the great gatsby, to kill a mockingbird, of mice and men, 100 best beatle songs, and the catcher in the rye(slightly ironic since I'm a Beatles fan but I like this book a lot anyways). |
