| Introduction | I am a career counselor, adjunct instructor and cooking teacher. I have worked in higher education for over 14 years, most of my experience as a career advisor. In addition to career counseling and academic advising, I love to cook and for 10 years, I was a chef at a five star restaurant. My culinary mentors include two Italian grandmothers, my dad and Julia Child who was a dear friend. About two years ago, I opened a little cooking school to teach French, Italian and other culinary traditions to food lovers in my area. |
