| Introduction | I am a mom of two boys under 4. My youngest, is allergic to milk, eggs and peanuts. I enjoy buying healthy food for my family, get excited when I find deals and enjoy spending time outside. I buy organic try to eat whole foods, we do a small garden every summer and I love being able to buy local produce. I am a licensed massage therapist who loves sharing health and helping others make healthier choices for their familes.
