I was always a lover of nature and animals but my vision for a kinder, gentler world has become more intense and refined as an adult. I see that in every step we make choices, choices that can hurt or benefit others. I think people should respect all forms of life, should resist material excess, and be willing to sacrifice for the well being of others. Nonviolence, vegetarianism, compassion... gentle living. |
