Introduction PhD and MSc in International Relations from IRI/PUC-Rio, MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade Brasil, MBA in Foreign Trade and International Business Management from FGV/RJ, BSc in International Relations from Centro Universitário da Cidade (RJ), and BSc in Mathematics from PUC-Rio. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Physics at the Aeronautical Technological Institute (ITA) and carries out research in topological materials. He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the UFSM's academic journal, InterAção. He also participates in the Working Group on Strategy, Data, and Sovereignty at the Study and Research Group in International Security (GEPSI) of the Institute of International Relations at the University of Brasília (IREL-UnB), and in the Working Group on Theory, Art, and Politics (GTAP) at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). In the field of International Relations, his research interests include (Evolutionary) Game Theory, Physics of Complex Systems, Computational Social Sciences, and Computational Topology with applications to International Security, International Conflicts, Information Security, Defense, and Strategic Studies.
