| Introduction | Stephanie Smith has been teaching The Alexander Technique since 1994. Her post-graduate teacher and mentor for 10 years was Chris Stevens, Alexander Teacher and Doctor of Biomechanics. Following her development of STAT Student Network, Stephanie has co-ordinated STAT’s Continuing Professional Development Programme. Stephanie teaches introductory courses and gives explanatory talks about the Alexander Technique and has appeared on television to talk about and demonstrate the Technique. Stephanie also teaches post-graduate development for Alexander Teachers. |
