| Introduction | I am an ACE certified personal trainer at the Equinox in Summit, NJ. I hold a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. My whole life, I have struggled with losing weight and self-confidence. I believed that my struggle to lose weight was because of my genes. Through training and dedication, I have found that to be the COMPLETE opposite!! Through my own journey, I realized that fitness is not only physical, but a test of one's mental's strength! You can do anything you set your mind to, so dig deep and aim high! And I can attest to that first hand! |
