Introduction	I am not perfect, but I try to be the teacher my students deserve. I am both an idealist and a skeptic, a dreamer and a doer, confident and self-conscious. I hate to be told no and am terrible at saying it myself. I'm the quiet one you have to watch out for. I am an avid consumer of information about anything I think might help my kids, and my principal is going to start locking her door when she sees me coming, because I seem to have a new scheme every week. I have a million ideas and the energy to pursue almost all of them - sometimes at once!
