When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
Not at all. In fact, it's the opposite. Hesitating to hit snooze is like hesitating to sleep in that five extra minutes. When you hear that annoying "BEEP BEEP BEEP" or the 70's slow ballad in the morning and your hand waits one or two seconds before hitting the snooze button, aren't you making a conscious choice to stay awake?
