| Introduction | My name is Javier Surasky. I have a Ph.D. in International Relations and chair the International Cooperation Department of the International Relations Institute of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina. I was the director of research for Cepei between 2015 and 2024. As a senior researcher, I focused my work on development studies, particularly on global development agendas and the 2030 Agenda implementation and follow-up processes at the global level. Still, I always kept a Latin America and Caribbean perspective. I have published over fifty books, book chapters, articles, and reports on the 2030 Agenda, South-South Cooperation, the UN reform, and Sustainable Development governance issues such as future generations and Artificial Intelligence for good. --- |
