| Introduction | Available at our Westloop Athletic Club location (WAC), Masters Swim Team is designed to help adults improve their swimming skills. Whether you want to make your swimming easier and more efficient for a triathlon, or you simply want to better your swimming skills to increase endurance and strength for your own personal goals and overall health, this is the program for you. Get in "swimming" shape and learn how to make the most of your training time. No matter what your level- beginner, lap swimmer, triathlete or former high school or college standout, WAC’s Masters Swim Team can benefit you. The team practices at WAC’s brand new, state of the art 25 meter pool and trains for and races together at USMS meets. All members receive personal coaching from experienced coaches, WAC swim cap, and the camaraderie and motivation that comes from working out with a team.
