| Introduction | My name is Lisa and I am a mother of adorable two year old twin girls, Lara and Eva. I am a stay at home mum during the week and on the weekends I work as a pharmacist. I am not one of those people that would say they love cooking, but I do try to feed my girls a varied, healthy diet and seeing them enjoy my cooking makes it worthwhile. I tend to be time poor (as most mothers are!) and most of my recipes are very quick and easy to prepare, which is perfect when you have toddlers invading the kitchen. My internet savvy husband Steve, encouraged me to start a blog including my recipes and helpful tips to prepare quick, easy, healthy meals for the family. So here it is! |
