| Introduction | Welcome to my recipe blog! I enjoy collecting and trying new recipes so I decided to share some of my creations and a few knock offs with anyone who wishes to follow me. Mostly I am writing them down becauase I can't ever find a recipe when I want it so this way they will all be in the same place. It is funny that in my earlier life I just cooked to put something on the table. I had three very different eaters so it wasn't so much fun back then. One wouldn't eat pork and heaven forbid he would get a piece of grizzle in his bratwurst or hot dog! One lived on instant mashed potatoes and the last one pretty much would eat anything that wouldn't crawl off the plate. It was one dish, cheap and easy recipes back in those days. I am thanful that I now get to experiment with new things. I'm still all in for the easy but I do like to chop, dice and slice things and I don't use much pre made stuff anymore. My daughter gave me this really cool garlic squisher that I like to use and she also gave me an even cooler lemon squeezer thing that I use all the time. Anyway I hope you enjoy my litte piece of the culinary world. I'd love it if you left comments too! |
