Introduction	The web has evolved from a library of interlinked hypertext pages to an online application platform. From site centric to customer centric, from publishing to audiences to participation with audiences, from having the customer as an observer to having the customer as the driver. The industry needs people that are multi-skilled and versed in strategy, technology and creative. I have a decade of experience working in the digital media industry for global clients at various interactive agencies in three different countries on three different continents: Finland, The United Arab Emirates, and Canada as Information Architect, User Experience Designer, Project Manager and Graphic Designer. I work together with strategists, creative directors, writers, designers and developers to create online experiences that deliver value to clients and their customers. This is my personal blog where I share thoughts and opinions that are solely my own.
