Introduction	I am currently with Taif University, Faculty of Dentistry, at Taif ,Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I have completed my responsibilites at Peoples Dental Academy , Peoples University , Bhopal , MP as a senior professor and head of department. I have an unique opportunity being trained in 'computer programming' from Chubb Institute , New Jersey , USA; my interests include behavioral sciences and MBA in hospital management from Alagappa University , Tamilnadu. Due to this fastidious training in Dentistry (MDS) , Behavioral sciences (M.Phil) and Management sciences (MBA) and more than 25 years of professional experience- my training of doctors has been focused on Hospital Informatics, Research methodology, Evidence Based Health care and Problem Based Learning. I am committed to Oral Radiology , Oral Diagnosis and Oral Medicine as life long student in clinics and research.
Interests	Hospital Informatics, Evidence based health care Rural health management health care for underpreviliged, published a book 'Fundamentals of Oral Medicine and Radiology'available with Jaypee publishers New Delhi. He is deeply committed to educating the dental and medical professionals in field of Occupational Health Risks. Dr Bailoor is an active proponent of Hepatitis B Vaccination being made mandatory. Medically compromised dental patient is one of his focus areas.
