| Introduction | Salem Steel Plant OBC Employees' Welfare Association is the single largest of its kind in Salem Steel Plant.The members of this association are both Executive and Non-executive employees of Salem Steel Plant(A unit of Steel Authority of India Limited(SAIL)). About 60% of the employees are members of this Association. The main objective of this body is to look after the welfare of OBC employees. |
