IntroductionThe Gothic Gourmet has been celebrating since 1997! It all started out with hosted Midnight Dinner parties and a website. Soon after, I took gourmet cooking classes with a former Executive Chef from the Lodge at Pebble Beach, and we did a couple of successful cooking gigs together. I have done season guest appearances on a local Horror Host Underground (HHU) show and shared a guest appearance with HHU Butch R. Cleaver (http://myspace.com/meetcleaver). Meanwhile, I research recipes of old and continue writing on all sorts of topics, including food, lifestyle, poetry, short stories, and scripts. I entered the Food Network’s “Next Food Network Star” competition in the 1st season and didn’t get picked though someone from the network liked my tape enough to ask if they could view it again. Alas, I was not selected again. This was a good thing because it set a new course. Most recently, I was very nearly on Food Network's "The Great Food Truck Race". Got within one step! You're going to the moon! What did you forget to pack?

I'm on my way to the MOON! Oh no! I forgot to bring my bone handled Cheese knife. Let's hope the MOON isn't as hard as Dutch Cheddar.
