| Introduction | I studied jewellery manufacturing from Box Hill Institute of Tafe,Melbourne 2008-2009. Coming from an indian traditional jewellery backgroud,i was expecting to learn how to make jewellery with gold and diamonds. But when I came to Melbourne, I understood jewellery in its contemporary form and fell in love with it. Melbourne Art and Architecture inspires me! I love to work with silver and gold and want to go beyond certain norms of jewellery. This blog describes my journey as a jeweller from 2008. If i have to describe my work, I will call it "experimental". I am on my own quest to explore different techniques and materials. Imagination has no limits! |
