| Introduction | To share the emotions and deep feelings of a place with someone else which, in turn, elevates their mood and disposition is the ultimate purpose behind the art by Cori Dyson. She captures the effect of light with a simplistic elegance while sharing the emotion of the place in each piece with the viewer. Cori loves being in the outdoors and wants to share her love of nature and the feelings of peace and rejuvenation with others through her representational art. She has always enjoyed being in the outdoors and when she discovered painting, plein air painting (or painting outdoors), seemed a natural fit. She grew up seeing the simple beauty in nature and puts this appreciation and awe into her paintings. She translates the mystery, magic, and beauty from the world around her into art which inspires others. |
