| Introduction | I keep to myself normally but my Dr. told me I needed to deal with my stress differently then I have been doing I guess keeping it in isn't good for you who knew lol? I thought about a diary but I found myself stressing thinking someone might read it and judge me. So I decided to start a blog and let everyone read my thoughts. Im calling it multi tasking, I'm facing my fear and dealing with my stress all at once. |
