Introduction	Hello Everyone! I first started blogging in 2010 when I began my travels to Australia to study physiotherapy. Now having finally finished my degree and planning on starting a new chapter in my life, I have decided to adopt the "living clean" lifestyle. I have always been interested in fitness and healthy lifestyle choices but I have come to realize that you can never be too healthy. It is my plan to blog about my personal journey of living the clean lifestyle and attempting to curb my ever persisting sweet tooth. I will do my best to stay on track, but who is perfect?!
