| Introduction | The Big Event is a nickname bestowed upon me by the eloquent Ratboy, a denizen of Your Right Hand Thief. The nickname implies that 1) If anything important is happening, I have the details and 2) I'm there in the thick of it. No one has any idea the lengths I went to achieve that status. I currently work as a molecular virologist and now reside in Atlanta after departing my beloved New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina. My heart will always be in New Orleans and I try to visit my Big Easy friends as frequently as life permits. |
