| Introduction | I'm a software engineer with over six years commercial development experience. I am a huge fan of open source software, and have spent a great deal of time working with the Spring Framework. I have been a Spring Framework user since early-2004 and I'm an active contributor to Spring forums, with over 7500 posts. I have a particular passion for refactoring legacy systems, which has helped me foster a very strong interest in test driven development, code quality and attention to detail. I enjoy researching and developing approaches to aid and simplify development, and also evangelizing about techniques and tools to improve other developers skills. |
