| Introduction | I’m a clinical psychologist, and like most psychotherapists I see people troubled by depression, anxiety, trauma, etc., but from the start I’ve also had a subspecialty focusing on alcoholics and addicts, as well as their family members. I’ve also learned a lot about the lives of lawyers, through my half-time position, since 1998, at Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, the Massachusetts lawyer assistance program. My practice is in Newton Mass. and online. I finished my PhD in 1981; before that, I spent a few years as a pop musician and songwriter. |
