I am also an experienced Loss Mitigation Consultant as well as a Certified Distressed Property Specialist, focusing on helping people in distressed homeowner’s situations by offering a series of options to resolve the most difficult circumstances facing fear of foreclosure. In addition to helping families prevent foreclosure, I've created one of the largest relocation packages for government employees in the state, and know that I have been instrumental in helping families obtain their dream of home ownership. The relocation program, Maxadvantage offered through the California Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) Home Loan Program, gives a cash rebate back to the employees when they utilize their own retirement system's loan offerings. As a the director and administrator, this program has continuously run for more than 5 years and, most importantly, it has allowed me to give back to the community while at the same time growing my business!
