| Introduction | Comfort, the unabashed Spoken Word Artist, isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Aptly dubbed ‘Art without Apology’, Comfort offers thought provoking, but entertaining lyricism, peppered with her no nonsense take on modern life and relationships. The expressive and engaging Writer of both erotic and general fiction, made her transition from written to Spoken Word in 2007 when she hit the live performance scene with a zest that has seen her perform at some of London’s premier events as well as having her signature piece ‘Unsatisfied’, published by men’s lifestyle magazine ‘Juice’ in 2008 and winning the Word 4 Word Summer Slam in 2009. As a result of her experiences, joys, frustrations and vision to create something meaningful, Sidel 'Comfort' Stewart founded ONiT! PR, a multi-disciplinary agency, dedicated to raising the profile of performance art in London and the surrounding areas. The company supports independent performance artists by way of Booking Management, PR and Media Relations and also supports Event Programmers and Promoters seeking artists to grace their stages, classrooms and anything in between, not to mention PR and Promotion campaigns to publicise their live events. |
