Introduction	A California (LA) girl for most of my life, moving to Chicago was a great big adventure. After seven years of living a quiet and slower paced suburban-wife-mom life in a suburb outside Chicago, I am back in California but this time in San Francisco. These random musings are here to enlighten you as I travel through the next chapters in my life, having a yen for adventure, and being/having a Yen for life. Somewhere in between, I'm trying to shake off the rust and get back to writing. Has my life come full circle? Hope not! At least it's a new city--San Francisco--waiting for me to write about and explore.
