| Introduction | Rusty attended West Kentucky Technical Schools, Barber College , where he learned invaluable cutting, coloring, and hair restructuring techniques. Rusty's first position was at Pandemos Systems. While there he was mentored by some of the most skilled stylists in Western KY. Feeling he needed a change of pace Rusty moved to Seattle, Washington. Color theory and the technical skills to apply it have been Rusty's passion since graduating from West KY Tech. His desire to hone his eye for refining and customizing color inspired Rusty to attend Framesi's Color Educators Seminar. As a result, achieved the status of Certified Framesi Color Technician, allowing him to travel Western Washington teaching color theory and application. Today, Rusty is excited to be working in the cutting edge district of Seattle, Capitol Hill. Rusty has been in the same physical location for 4 years. Now he welcomes the opportunity to utilize all his years of experience as a Barber Stylist and Colorist at Emerson Institute of Style. |
